5 Not your Typical Chinese Restaurant. All the dishes are fresh savory beautiful and reasonably priced. Portions are generous, even the Kids meal. Service was gracious and excellent. Drinks are served in glass glasses. No plastics here! This was our second visit and we will definitely be back.

My wife and I wanted to try something different than the normal pizza, chicken, drive thru dinner we frequently enjoy. This location is walking distance so we gave ita try. This was May 28 at 6 p.m. The waitress greeted us warmly and immediately helped us feel welcomed. The atmospheric tone embraced us with soothing emotions. We both had the Lemon chicken and fried rice. WOW!!! The portions were gracious and the lemon sauce was hot and savory. Didn't have to ask for anything else !! Thank you chef for the perfect crispy chicken and delicious rice. The staff at the location and time deserve a raise. Not pushy service nor rushed cooking. Plating was eye catching. We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu. Great location! Great service! Great cooking! And to add , while we were enjoying our meal ...many pick up persons began coming in. One right after the other and each order was ready to go. Another star just for that. Again.. . Terrific work front and back. You guys truly deserve the recognition.

Words cannot describe how much I love this restaurant. Their food is amazing, and the price is great. Everything I’ve had here has been superb. Spring rolls, tempura shrimp, shrimp fried rice, ramen, steak fried rice, their vegetables, everything. The customer service is amazing. I call, and they already know what I want. Much appreciative of this business for all around service.

Asian fusion leaning towards Japanese style food which always makes my tastebuds happy! Be prepared to spend a little more than a typical Asian restaurant, but I can promise it’s worth it. I highly recommend the Hibachi style flavoring, and if you often don’t eat all of your food then I recommend sharing a plate rather than getting your own.

From the outside this place did not look like much but once I was inside the place was clean, well lit, and nicely decorated. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and mushrooms. This came with steamed rice and onion soup. The onion soup arrived first and it was very good. Then the main dish arrived with a dipping sauce. I first tasted the chicken by its self and wow this was marinated in something special and it was very tender but full of flavor. I never had chicken like this. I also tried the dipping sauce and this was also very tasty and complimented the chicken. My waitress was attentive and friendly throughout my time there. Overall my dining experience was an easy 5 stars. Will definitely be back to try more dishes.

First time customer, through Uber Eats. I was overly impressed with the quality of all the proteins provided. The steak was tender and juicy, the chicken was extremely tasty, the shrimp was fresh and seasoned perfectly, and the rice and veggies were on point. I called the store to let the manager, Jasmine, know how much we enjoyed their food. Update: April 26, 2025 I am unable to leave another review but am able to amend my original review. I have ordered from here another time and have come into eat twice since my original order. Every time the food is on point. The restaurant is clean but the best aspect is the customer service. Jasmine (owner) and Janet (Everything else) do a wonderful job of filling the orders accurately and with a smile. Please consider including Ichiban Fusion in your lunch/dinner rotation.

Visited Ichiban at 7pm on a Saturday, party of two. There was no wait, and we were seated immediately. There was only one server, and she bounced between the tables, but we never felt overlooked. We ended up getting the fried gyoza and cheesestick appetizer. Both very good and perfectly cooked and crispy. We each got a hibachi plate, no veggies. I got the steak and scallops. The steak was standard hibachi steak, but the scallops were outstanding. Perfectly cooked. My wife got the steak and chicken, and she enjoyed them and our oldest son enjoyed her leftovers. The pricing was amazing. Nearly half the cost of the more showy restaurants with shows, and just as quality cooked. We'll definitely come back.
